Abstract

U industrijskim pogonima voda se troši kao tehnološka voda, kao voda za generatore pare i voda za rashladne tornjeve. Svrha ovog rada je studij karakteristika voda u procesima grafičke industrije i industrije celuloze i papira. U grafičkoj tehnologiji problematika voda prisutna je u konvencionalnim procesima pripreme tiskovne forme, pri pranju elemenata strojeva, te pri korištenju bojila na bazi vode. U radu se navode čistije tehnike na spomenutom području, značajne za održivi razvoj. Također su diskutirane štetne tvari procesnih voda i njihov utjecaj na okoliš. Dati su i neki prijedlozi za smanjenje utjecaja na okoliš efluenta iz navedenih procesa.

Abstract (english)

In the industrial operations water is used as technological water, as water for steam generators and water for cooling towers. The purpose of this paper is to study the characteristics of water in the process of printing industry and pulp and paper industry.In the graphic technology, problems of water are present in the conventional process of preparing printing forms, during washing the elements of the machines, and while using water-based inks. This paper presents cleaner technology in the mentioned area, important for sustainable development. Pollutants in the process waters and their impact on the environment, are also discussed.There are given some suggestions for reducing the environmental impact of effluent from these processes.
