Utjecaj sušenja boja na kvalitetu tiska

Abstract

Velika konkurentnost i zahtjevi tržišta zahtijevaju i visoku kvalitetu otiska. Da bi se ona i omogućila potrebno je držati se preporučenih standarda, pratiti izradu proizvoda od pripreme, preko tiska i dorade, a moguće pogreške ustanoviti i ispraviti. Ispitivanja u ovom radu su pro-vedena na otiscima otisnutima ofsetnom tehnikom tiska, kojom se danas obavlja većina tis-karskih procesa. Otisci su dobiveni otiskivanjem klasičnim ofsetnim bojilima na 80 g/m² mat premazanom, bezdrvnom papiru. Mjerenja su obavljena spektrofotometrijski, a mjerile su se gustoća obojenja i CIE L*a*b* vrijednosti za CMYK na punim poljima mjernog stripa odmah nakon otiskivanja, te nakon 0.25h i 2h. Rezultati su prikazani tabelarno i histogramima. Na osnovu rezultata mjerenja ustanovljene su zavisnosti izmeĎu gustoće obojenja, CIE L*a*b* vrijednosti i vremena sušenja otiska.

Abstract (english)

Great competition and market requirements demand high quality prints. To make it possible it is necessary to keep the recommended standards, monitor the development of the product from preparation, through printing and finishing, and to identify and correct errors. Research in this work was conducted at the impressions printed by offset printing techniques, which are now performed in most of the printing processes. Prints were obtained by placing the conven-tional offset inks at 80 g/m² matt coated paper. Measurements were performed spectrophotometrically and the density of color and CIE L * a * b * values for CMYK were measured on control fields right after printing, after 0.25h and 2h. The results are presented in tables and histograms. Based on mesuring results, sevritudes were found between colour density, CIE L*a*b* values and drying time of impression.
