Abstract

Grafička tehnologija uveliko je napredovala, a njezinim širenjem i razvojem ostvarena

su znatna poboljšanja na području izuma strojeva, bolje kvalitete otiskivanja, kao i

kvalitete kontrole otisaka. Za postizanje kvalitetnog proizvoda potrebno je kontrolirati

sve parametre koji mogu utjecati na kvalitetu te pokušati ispraviti sve nedostatke koji

se javljaju u toku proizvodnje. Pad kvalitete grafičkog proizvoda onemogućava

standardizirana proizvodnja jer je jedino tada proces proizvodnje ponovljiv unutar

dopuštenih granica. Ovim diplomskim radom osvrnut ćemo se na neke od

parametara koji utječu na kvalitetu tiska u revijalnom ofsetnom tisku, na prirast

rastertonskih vrijednosti (RTV) te na alate uz pomoć kojih provodimo kontrolu tih

parametara.

Abstract (english)

Recently, there have been major advancements in the field of graphic technology. It

has expanded and developed, which resulted in significant improvements in the area

of inventions of machines, improving the quality of print and the control of printing.

With a view to making a product of good quality, all parameters which could affect the

quality should be controlled, and all disadvantages which appear in the course of the

production should be rectified. Standardized production impedes drops in quality of

the graphic product because only then the production process is repeatable within

the approved limits. This thesis will provide an overview of some of the parameters

which affect the quality of print in heat setting, dot gain (DG) and tools used to control

the relevant parameters.
