Abstract
U ovom diplomskom radu istraživanjem se pokušalo doći do rješenja problema razmazivanja crne rasterske točke dviju tiskovnih jedinica osmerobojnog ofsetnog stroja Heidelberg Speedmaster SM-102, te rješenja problema dvije vrste šabloniranja različitih uzroka i pojave. Kombinacijom vizualne (signalne) kontrole otisaka, mjerenjem, praćenjem i održavanjem kemije te provjerama, održavanjem i preciznim podešavanjem mehaničkih specifikacija stroja data su rješenja kako pristupiti rješavanju problema u obostranom tisku iz arka, te kako pravilno i često održavanje mehanike i kemije smanjuje pojavu nepravilnosti u ofsetnom tisku.
Abstract (english)
This thesis explores different solutions to certain offset press problems, as are halftone dot scumming and two kinds of ghosting with different causes and manifestation. Solutions to this problems are given combining visual control with measuring, recording and maintaining proper press chemistry as well as regular press and production maintenance. Given solutions and press maintenance schedule reduces the occurence of mentioned offset press problems.
