Abstract

U Izlazne uređaje koji se koriste u grafičkoj proizvodnji ubrajamo pisače i tiskarske strojeve. Izlazni uređaji zahtijevaju kalibraciju kako bi se optimizirao njihov rad te kako bi se postigli ponovljivi rezultati. Metode kalibracije izlaznih uređaja razlikuju se s obzirom na način podešavanja parametara, to jest s obzirom na ciljeve prilikom podešavanja parametara procesa. G7 metoda kalibracije ima dva ključna cilja. Jedan je podešavanje reprodukcije tonova za CMY i K bojila, a drugi je postizanje sivog balansa, definiranog kao linearna funkcija boje podloge na CMY i K klinovima. U procesu kalibracije koriste se alati poput karata boja za utvrđivanje reprodukcijskih karakteristika uređaja i potrebnih korekcija. G7 metoda za tu svrhu koristi tzv. P2P kartu boja. Iako su prema tvrdnjama izdavača G7 metoda i njezini alati primjenjivi na sve tehnike tiska i tiskarske procese, iskustva iz prakse i jedna nedavno objavljena studija ukazuju na probleme postizanja ciljeva propisanih G7 specifikacijom. U okviru ovoga rada ispitati će se učinkovitost kalibracije laserskog pisača korištenjem G7 metode kalibracije i njezinih alata. Nakon evaluacije rezultata postignutih standardnim alatima i idendifikacije njihovih slabih točaka, biti će izrađeni modificirani alati kako bi se poboljšali rezultati kalibracije.

Abstract (english)

The output device used in production include printers and printing machines. Output devices require calibration in order to optimize their performance and to achieve repeatable results. Methods for the calibration of output devices differ considering its Methods of Setting the the parameters, namely with regard to the objectives when setting the parameters of the process. G7 calibration method has two key objectives. One is tune playing tones for CMY and K color and the other is to achieve gray balance, defined as a linear function of background colors to CMY and K wedges. In the process of calibration tools are used such as color maps to determine the reproductive characteristics of the device and the necessary corrections. For this purpuose G7 method use P2P color map. Although according to the publisher G7 method and its tools are applicable to all printing techniques and printing processes, practices, and one recently published study indicate problems of achieving the objectives of the G7 specification. Within the framework of this study was to examine the effectiveness of the calibration laser printer using G7 calibration method and its tools. After evaluation of the results achieved with the standard tools and identification of their weak points, will be made modified tools in order to improve the results of calibration.
