Abstract

Digitalno procesiranje slike dovodi do potrebe uvođenja sustava za reprodukciju bojama kako bi se postigla kvaliteta reprodukcije. Trendovi u grafičkoj tehnologiji se mijenjaju, tako da dio preuzimaju ink - jet pisači zbog cijene i brzine. Kod pisača koji otiskuju na različitim podlogama dolazi do promjenjivih rezultata u kvaliteti reprodukcije boja. Rezultati reprodukcije ovise o podlozi na kojoj se otiskuju. Ispitivanje će se provoditi na Mimaki UJF 3042 ink – jet pisaču, formata A3, koji koristi cyan, magentu, žutu, crnu i bijelu boju. Boje koje koristi su UV boje koje se fiksiraju LED UV rasvjetom. Ispitivanje ćemo provoditi na aluminijskoj, prozirnoj akrilnoj i drvenoj podlozi koje se najčešće koriste u promidžbenim i marketinškim svrhama. Specifičnost korištenja bijele boje pri otiskivanju ovisi o podlozi i namjeni. Primjenom sustava za upravljanje bojama će pokušati djelovati na konzistentnost kvalitete reprodukcije. Na svim podlogama će se otisnuti testna karta i slika. Na otiscima će se provoditi spektrofotometrijska mjerenja i izračunate kolorimetrijske razlike. Na svim podlogama se ne može postići isti opseg boja, tzv. gamut.. Na temelju provedenih istraživanja definirat će se ICC profili za različite podloge.

Abstract (english)

Digital image processing leads to the necessity introducing of color management system to achieve the quality of reproduction. Trends in printing technology are changing and inkjet printers take parts of the market because of price and speed. For printers that printed on a variety of substrates wich leads to variable results in the quality of color reproduction. The results depend on the surface on which it is printed on. Testing will be conducted on the Mimaki UJF 3042 ink - jet printer, A3, which uses cyan, magenta, yellow, black and white. The colors used are UV colors that are cured with LED UV lights. Testing will be conducted on aluminum, transparent acrylic and wood surfaces that are commonly used for promotional and marketing purposes. Using white ink at the printing depends on substrate and application. Applying color management system will try to work on the consistency of the quality of reproduction. On all surfaces will be printed test map and pictures. This impression will be carried out spectrophotometric measurements and calculated colorimetric differences. On all surfaces, same color range, gamut can`t be achived. On the basis of the research ICC profiles will be defined for various substrates.
