Abstract

Ovim diplomskim radom razrađuje se tehnološka i ekonomska isplativost

automatskog odvajanja otpada tijekom štancanja. Analizira se količinska granica isplativosti

ručnog i automatskog odvajanja prireza za nekoliko proizvoda praćenih u povezane grupe

naloga, kroz jednu godinu.

U teorijskom dijelu opisana je ambalaža, njezina upotreba i podjela, zatim su opisani

alati koji se koriste za štancanje i odvajanje prireza kutija u poduzeću „Koprivnička tiskarnica

d.o.o.“ u Koprivnici, te su isti popraćeni sa mnogo fotografija. Napravljena je ekonomska

analiza isplativosti ručnog i automatskog odvajanja otpada (vremenska i ekonomska).

Mjerenja automatskog i ručnog odvajanja otpada prikazana su u tablici. Analiza dobivenih

rezultata vidljiva je u grafovima komparativnog prikaza strukture troškova štancanja sa

ručnim i automatskim odvajanjem otpada za pojedinu grupu proizvoda.

Abstract (english)

This thesis deals with the technological and economic feasibility of automatic

separation of waste during the punching. It analyzes the quantitative limits profitability of

manual and automatic separation of blanks for several products tracked into related groups

of orders, through one year.

The theoretical part describes the packaging, its use and distribution, then describes

the tools used for punching and the separation of blanks box in the company “Koprivnička

tiskarnica d.o.o.” in Koprivnica, and accompanied the same with lots of photos. Incorporating

the economic feasibility analysis of manual and automatic separation of waste (time and

economic). Measurements of automatic and manual separation of waste are shown in the

table. Analysis results can be seen in the graphs display the structure of the comparative

costs of punching with manual and automatic separation of waste for each product group.
