Abstract

CTP (computer to plate) tehnologija doživjela je veliki razvoj pojavom uređaja za osvjetljavanje konveniconalnih ploča tzv. CtcP uređaja (computer to conventional plate). Upravo zbog toga ovaj diplomski rad je usmjeren prema boljem upoznavanju tehnologije, a u njemu će biti prezentiran jedan od vodećih uređaja CtcP tehnologije sa tehnologijom UV dioda koje emitiraju zračenje od 405 nm na ploču prilikom osvjetljavanja. Namjera diplomskog rada je u teorijskom dijelu prikazati konstrukciju uređaja, razvoj uređaja, prednosti UV CTP tehnologije i nedostatke UV CTP tehnologije. U praktičnom dijelu istražiti će se pouzdanost uređaja za osvjetljavanje ploča u razdoblju od 30 radnih dana koje će se provesti u odjelu za izradu tiskovnih formi u grafičkom poduzeću. Istražiti će se do kojih sve grešaka dolazi prilikom rada na uređaju, koliki je postotak tiskovnih formi sa greškom i izraditi statistički izvještaj kako bi se utvrdila pouzdanost uređaja. Također biti će opisane sve greške do kojih može doći prilikom rada sa uređajem i koji sve uzroci dovode do grešaka prilikom izrade ploča.

Abstract (english)

CTP (computer to plate) technology expirenced great development with the introduction of platesetters for imaging of conventional PS plates also called CTcP platesetters (computer to conventional plates).This paper is focused on better introduction and understanding of this technology.In the paper one of the leading CTcP platesetters will be presented.Intention of theoretical part of the paper is to introduce and explain construction of CTcP platesetter,evolution of CTcP technology and benefits which technology brings into graphic industry and also some negative aspects of the technology. In the experimental part the realability of CTcP platesetter will be tested. Experiment will be conducted for a period of 30 working days in a prepress department of the printshop in Zagreb. In that period all errors which result in a bad printing plate will be monitored. Errors which occured will be described, percentage of every error will be shown and realability of the platesetter will be tested. All of the possible causes which lead to a bad printing plate will be described.
