Abstract

U ovom diplomskom rad detaljno je objašnjen teoretski dio samog principa ofsetnog tiska i

funkcioniranje tiskarskog stroja Manroland 700. Radni dio opisuje optimalno upravljanje

tiskarskim strojem i urađena je metodička razrada zahtjeva unutar procesa rada na ovom

stroju, potrebnih da bi se postigla kvaliteta proizvoda i optimalni proces rada. Provedena su

mjerenja realnog vremena proizvodnje i analizirani parametri koji bi mogli stvarati zastoj

u proizvodnom procesu. Analiza dugotrajnih mjerenja ukazuje na frekvenciju pojave

kritičnih točaka unutar procesa tiska i ako je ta frekvencija van očekivanih granica

potrebno je otkloniti problem. Na ovaj način stalnim praćenjem dobiju se saznanja o

uzrocima nastanka problema i djelotvornije je njihovo otklanjanje.

Abstract (english)

In this final thesis theoretical part of the principle of offset printing and functioning of print

machine manroland 700 is described in detail. Working part describes the optimal control

of a printing machine and a methodical development within the requirements of the

process of working on this machine was made, needed to achieve product quality and

optimal work process. Measurements of real time production were made and analysis of

parameters that could cause a delay in the production process. Analysis of long-term

measurement indicates the frequency of occurrence of critical points within the printing

process and if that frequency is outside of the expected limit it is necessary to remedy the

problem. This way, constant measuring gain knowledge about the causes of problems and

their efficient removal.
