Abstract

U ovom diplomskom radu provedeno je ispitivanje kvalitete spotnih boja na uzorcima lake kartonske ambalaže koja se koristi za pakiranje lijekova. Kod ove vrste ambalaže veoma je bitno postići reprodukciju s minimalnim devijacijama. Prepoznatljiva ambalaža kutija za lijekove uvelike olakšava snalaženje ljekarnicama i korisnicama. Tako da svaki proizvod ima svoju definiranu boju. Nijanse boja su određene po Pantone skali koja je univerzalna i jednaka svugdje u svijetu.

U ovom radu izvršena su spektrofotometrijska mjerenja na uzorcima, te su uspoređivani njihovi međusobni odnosi s ciljem da se utvrdi da li je samo vizualna provjera dostatna da se razlika između boja održi unutar standarda. Rezultati mjerenja su prikazani tabelarno, dijagramom srednje vrijednosti i u trodimenzionalnom CIE L*a*b* prostoru boja.

Abstract (english)

In this graduation paper quality testing was conducted on samples of light cardboard used for packaging medicines printed with spot colors. With this type of packaging is very important to achieve reproduction with minimal deviations. Recognizable packaging boxes for medicines greatly facilitates managing for pharmacists and beneficiaries. So it's important that each product has its own defined color. The shades of color are determined by Pantone scale that is universal and equal everywhere in the world.

In this paper, spectrophotometric measurements were performed on samples, and compared relationships between the results in order to determine whether just a visual check is sufficient to maintain the color differences within the standards. Measurement results are presented in tables, diagrams and three-dimensional CIE L * a * b * color system.
