Abstract

Industrijske otpadne vode nastaju u tvornicama i industrijskim pogonima nakon upotrebe vode u procesu proizvodnje, kao i prilikom pranja aparata, uređaja i dr. Danas postoji velik broj po karakteru različitih industrijskih otpadnih voda. Kod industrije papira zagađenja su pretežito organskog porijekla.

U ovom radu prikazane su moderne metode pročišdavanja otpadnih voda u procesima proizvodnje celuloze i papira te u drvnoj industriji. Analizirane su tehnologije, opisane konstrukcije i ugradnje uređaja te načini upravljanja i održavanja. Svrha ovog rada je pokazati uspješnu primjenu različitih metoda pročišdavanja otpadnih voda u proizvodnji celuloze i papira sa ciljem povedanja efikasnosti procesa proizvodnje te smanjenjem korištenja svježe vode i naravno zagađenja okoliša.

Abstract (english)

Industrial wastewaters are a product of raw water being used in factories and industrial production plants in production processes, as well as in washing of the machines and the equipment. A large variety of industrial wastewaters exist today. Impurities in paper industry wastewaters are mainly of an organic origin.

This thesis examines modern technologies for raw water and efluent treatment in the paper mill industry and pulp production. It shows analisys of the technologies, their construction and device mounting as well as the management and maintenance system. The purpose of this thesis is to show successful appliance of various wastewater treatment methods in paper and pulp production with the final goal to improve the efficiency of the production process and reduction of fresh water usage and enviromental pollution.
