Abstract

Zahtjevi tržišta i velika konkurentnost, te komercijalna grafička proizvodnja sve više diktiraju trend za što kvalitetnijim proizvodom, a razvoj grafičke tehnologije posljednjih desetljeća to i omogućuje. Danas je ofsetna tehnika tiska zbog svoje velike zastupljenosti najstandardiziranija, a tehnologija toliko razvijena da se grafički proizvod može dovesti do viskokog stupnje kvalitete. U ovom radu se spominju neke metode koje se koriste pri kontroliranju kvalitete ofsetnog tiska, a jedna od metoda je i provedena praktičnim radom kako bi se dobio dojam o kvaliteti određenih otisaka. Ispitivala se gustoća obojenja svake pojedine boje od ukupno četiri (zeleno-plava, purpurna, žuta i crna). Za ispitivanje su korišteni otisci tiskani ofsetnim bojilima na mat premazanim papirima i sjajnim premazanim papirima u dvije različite tiskare. Za mjerenje gustoće obojenja se koristio uređaj denzitometar, a izmjereni rezultati su prikazani dijagramima. Dobiveni rezultati su se koristili za izračun standardne devijacije gustoće obojenja, odnosno odstupanja od srednjih vrijednosti. Izračunati rezultati su također prikazani dijagramima radi vizualne usporedbe, te donošenja zaključaka o kvaliteti ispitivanih otisaka.

Abstract (english)

Market demands, huge competition and commercial graphics production are dictating trends for products of better quality, and progress of graphic technology in last couple of decades make that possible. Standardization of offset lithographic printing technology made it the most common these days, not only because of it's wide-spread usage but for it's possibility to produce products of high quality. In this work some methods that are used for print quality control are discussed, and one of them is a method that uses practical work in order to get the impression about the quality of specific prints. Optical density of every particular color (cyan, magenta, yellow and black) has been examined. For examination, offset color prints on matte coated paper and on shining coated paper in two different printing houses have been used. For optical density measuring denziometer has been used, and final results have been displayed in diagrams. The results were used for the calculation of standard deviations of optical density or deviation from the average values. Results were also presented in diagrams for visual comparison and drawing conclusions about the quality of measured prints.
