Abstract
Sukladno zahtijevima moderne grafičke proizvodnje, tiskovna forma mora se izraditi brzo i kvalitetno. Mjerenjem, snimanjem i praćenjem izrade termalnih tiskovnih formi pokazale su se izvjesne greške u formiranju RTV. Te se greške odnose na gubitak RTV u nižim tonskim područjima. Tom se greškom može manipulirati promjenom snage lasera i brzine odnosno vremena razvijanja. Sustavnim mjerenjem tih grešaka u odnosu na parametre izrade tiskovne forme dobiva se informacija kako se ta greška može kontrolirati. Takvim načinom izrade tiskovnih formi moguće je kompenzirati pozitivnu grešku koja se javlja na tiskovnom elementu u procesu otiskivanja.
Abstract (english)
According to demands of modern printing process, a quality printing form must be made quick and accurate. By measuring printing forms during the procedure of making printing forms a certain drop of RTV has occured. Drop accures in lower RTV areas. This phenomena can be manipulated by changing the laser power and developing time/speed. Information on how to control the changes wich occur on printing forms is obtained from continous measuring with relation on changing parameters during exposition and developing. Regarding this information a printing form can be made to compensate halftone deviation wich occurs in the printing process.
