Abstract
Vrlo često tehnologija i dostupna znanja o menadžmentu u grafičkoj proizvodnji vrlo teško prate razvoj tehnologije i struke općenito. Pad kvalitete grafičkog proizvoda onemogućava standardizirana proizvodnja, jer je jedino tada proces proizvodnje ponovljiv unutar dopuštenih tolerancija. U ovom diplomskom radu istraživan je utjecaj gustoće obojenja i prirasta rastertonske vrijednosti na kvalitetu otiska. Vrijednosti gustoće obojenja punog polja i rasterskog polja od 50% RTV-a ustanovljene su denzitometrijskim mjerenjima kontrolnih stripova koji se nalaze na zadnjoj stranici novina. Na temelju dobivenih rezultata može se zaključiti da su gustoća obojenja i prirast rasterskih elemenata od presudne važnosti za dobivanje kvalitetnog otiska.
Abstract (english)
It is very common that technology and available knowledge about management in graphic production do not follow the development of technology and profession in general. Standardized production enables the low quality of graphic product because only then when the process of production is repeatable within limited tolerance. In this graduation paper research is based on influence of density and dot gain on the print quality. The value of density of full field and dot field of 50% RTV are measured with densitometer of control strip which are located on the last page of the newspaper. Based on the calculation results we can make a conclusion that the density and dot gain elements are of crucial importance for gaining the print quality.
