Utjecaj gustoće obojenja na kvalitetu ofsetnog tiska

Abstract

Ofsetnom tehnologijom danas se obavlja većina tiskarskih procesa (preko 50%).[15]

S obzirom na tu činjenicu ispitivanja u ovom radu provedena su na otiscima otisnutima ofsetnom tehnikom tiska. Otisci korišteni u ovom istraživanju otisnuti su klasičnim ofsetnim bojilima na četri vrste tiskovnih podloga: sjajnom i mat papiru za umjetnički tisak te premaznom i nepremaznom ofsetnom papiru. Mjerenja na otiscima obavljena su spektrofotometrijski, a mjerile su se integralne gustoće obojenja te prirasti rastertonskih vrijednosti. Osim spektrofotometrijskih mjerenja na otiscima je obavljena i vizualna kontrola raspona gustoća obojenja. Rezultati istraživanja prikazani su dijagramima (integralne gustoće obojenja), krivuljama realne reprodukcije te tabelarno (rasponi gustoća obojenja). Na osnovu rezultata mjerenja te korištenjem međunarodnih standarda ustanovljene su zavisnosti između gustoća obojenja, raspona gustoće obojenja, prirasta rastertonskih vrijednosti i tiskovne podloge.

Abstract (english)

Today, the majority of printing (over 50%) is done by the offset process.[15]

Based on this fact, the research in this work were done on prints printed with offset print tehnology. Print samples were printed with classical inks on: four printing surface glossy and mat fine art paper and on coated and uncoated offset paper. Colour density and dot gain mesurings were done spectrophotometrically. Visual inspection of the range of tone value was also done. Mesuring results were presented by diagrams (colour/optical density), print characteristic curves and tabels (range of tone values). Based on mesuring results and international standards, relations between colour (optical) density, range of tone values, dot gain and printing surface are done.
