Abstract

Tijekom proteklih dvadeset godina, održavanje se promijenilo, možda više nego bilo koja

druga disciplina upravljanja. Do promjena dolazi uslijed porasta broja i raznolikosti

postrojenja, opreme i objekata, koji moraju biti održavani, složenije konstrukcije strojeva i

novih metoda održavanja koje mijenjaju organizaciju održavanja i odgovornost.

Održavanje također reagira na promjene u očekivanjima. Uključuje razvoj svijesti u kojoj

mjeri kvar utječe na sigurnost opreme i okoliša, vezu između održavanja i kvalitete

proizvoda, povećanje produktivnosti i dostupne informacije o troškovima.

Promjene se ispituju u obliku razumijevanja i vještina u svim granama industrije. Ljudi

moraju usvojiti održavanje kroz potpuno nove načine razmišljanja i djelovanja.

Istovremeno ograničenja za održavanje sustava postoje, bez obzira na to koliko su

informatizirana. Suočeni s količinom promjena, menadžeri svugdje traže novi pristup za

održavanje. Oni žele izbjeći krive početke i loše završetke koji su uvijek praćeni velikim

promjenama i troškovima. Umjesto toga, oni traže da strateški okviri sintetiziraju nove

razvoje u koherentan uzorak, tako da ih se može ocijeniti i primjenjivati, one koji će biti od

najviše vrijednosti za njihove tvrtke.

Najveći uspjeh tiskara je proizvodnja kvalitetnih otisaka. Temelj uspješnosti poslovanja i

visok stupanj kvalitete je disciplina. Ona zahtjeva od tiskara razvoj strukturnog planiranja,

postavljanje standarda preventivnog i redovnog održavanja, zahtjeva dobro stanje opreme,

pouzdane dobavljače repro materijala i realne uvijete proizvodnje. Česti problemi koji se

javljaju u svakom proizvodnom procesu pa tako i u tiskarstvu je upravo postizanje

maksimalnih rezultata. Kako bi došli do ostvarivanja istog, potrebno je ispuniti jedan

uvjet. To je optimiziranje provođenjem svih elemenata proizvodnog procesa. Sistem

održavanja ulaže napore za optimizaciju i održavanje grafičkog tehničkog sustava kao i

ubrzavanje same proizvodnje u poduzeću.

Abstract (english)

Over the past twenty years, maintenance has changed, perhaps more so than any other

management discipline. The changes are due to a huge increase in the number and variety

of physical assets (plant, equipment and buildings) which must be maintained, much more

complex designs, new maintenance techniques and changing views on maintenance

organization and responsibilities. Maintenance is also responding to changing expectations.

These include a rapidly growing awareness of the extent to which equipment failure affects

safety and the environment, a growing awareness of the connection between maintenance

and product quality, and increasing pressure to achieve high plant availability and to

contain costs. The changes are testing attitudes and skills in all branches of industry to the

limit. Maintenance people are having to adopt completely new ways of thinking and

acting. At the same time the limitations of maintenance systems are becoming increasingly

apparent, no matter how much they are computerized. In the face of this avalanche of

change, managers everywhere are looking for a new approach to maintenance. They want

to avoid the false starts and dead ends which always accompany major upheavals. Instead

they seek a strategic framework which synthesizes the new developments into a coherent

pattern, so that they can evaluate them sensibly and apply those likely to be of most value

to them and their companies.

The biggest success is the production of printing quality prints. The basis of business

efficiency and high quality level of the discipline. It requires the printing of the structural

development planning, setting standards for preventive and routine maintenance

requirements of good condition of equipment, reliable suppliers of raw materials and real

conditions of production. Frequent problems that occur in any production process and also

in the printing industry is just reaching the maximum results. To come to the realization of

the same, it is necessary to satisfy one requirement. To optimize the performance of all

elements of the manufacturing process. System maintenance is making efforts for the

optimization and maintenance of technical systems as well as graphics and speed up the

production company.
