Abstract

Da bi se realizirao određeni grafički proizvod u samom proizvodnom procesu potrebni su određeni materijali, strojevi i tehnologija. U samom procesu tiska postoje definirani normativi, pomoću kojih se određuju maksimalne količine utroška materijala, vremena i radne snage. Za svaki grafički proizvod vrši se planiranje proizvodnje na temelju normativa strojeva, normativa papira i normativa rada.

Cilj rada je dobiti optimalne potrebne količine dodatka materijala, koji je potreban za izradu jednog grafičkog proizvoda, te podatke o normi rada stroja i samog rada radnika, koji određuju cijenu jednog grafičkog proizvoda i usluge. Za izradu istog grafičkog proizvoda u različitim tiskarama normirano vrijeme izrade i utrošeni materijal biti će različiti, bez obzira da li oba dvije tiskare raspolažu istim strojevima i istim brojem radnika, utrošak materijala za proizvod neće biti isti.

Abstract (english)

In order to realize a certain graphic product in the production process requires distinct materials, machinery and technology. In the printing process there are defined standards with which to determine the maximum amount of consumption of materials, time and labor. For every graphic product production planning is done on the basis of norms of machinery, norms and standards of the paper.

The aim is to get optimal amounts of extra material required to produce one printed product, and information on the norm of the machine and the work of the employees, which determines the price of one printed product and service. To create the same product in different graphical printing industry standardized schedule and spent material will be different, regardless of whether both the two printers have the same machines and the same number of workers, the cost of material for the product will not be the same.
