Abstract

Složeni skup određivanja proizvodnog standarda za tisak novina na novinskim ofset rotacijama rješava se postavljanjem kriterija za standardiziranje kvalitetnog tiska novina. Karakteristike tiskovne podloge, tiskarskog bojila, vodene otopine te tehnološkog procesa otiskivanja utječu na realizaciju ciljeva postavljenih u ovom radu. Kvalitetno održavanje novinske ofset rotacije, stalno praćenje svih parametara koji se postavljaju kao uvjet kod definiranja kvalitetnog procesa u novinskoj proizvodnji prate se tijekom procesa tiska ali i u pripremama i planiranjima svih faza proizvodnje od nabave materijala do isporuke gotovog proizvoda.

U ovom radu praćenjem realne proizvodnje i analizom samih procesa koji se događaju tijekom novinskog ofset tiska uočene su određene grupacije problema,a s obzirom na iste kod nekih problema napravljena su istraživanja te su ponuđena moguća rješenja. U prvom dijelu rada opisani su bitni parametri i procesi u novinskoj proizvodnji. U daljnjem radu se kroz istraživanje opisuju problemi koji se pojavljuju i nude rješenja za njihovo otklanjanje. Mjerenjima su dobiveni rezultati koji su pomogli da se dođe do određenih zaključaka i rješenja koja se mogu primjeniti u praksi.

Abstract (english)

Complex set of determination of production standards for printing newspapers at newspaper web offset is being solved by setting criteria for standardizing quality print of newspaper. Characteristics of the printing substrate, printing dyes, water solutions and technological printing process affect the realization of aims set out in this paper. Quality maintenance of newspaper web offset, continuous monitoring of all the parameters that are set as a condition in defining of quality procees in newspaper production is monitored throughout the process of printing but also in the preparation and planning of all stages of production from materials purchasing to the delivery of finished products. In this paper, with monitoring of real production and with analysis of processes themselves that occur during the the newspaper offset printing have been noticed certain groups of problems, and due to same problems given some studies have been made and possible solutions are offered. In the first part are described relevant parameters and processes in newspaper production. In further research, the study describes the problems that arise and provide solutions for their elimination. Measurements have obtained the results which have helped to come to certain conclusions and solutions that can be applied in practice.
