Abstract

Fotografija hrane za komercijalne svrhe je vrsta fotografije koja se koristi u oglašavanju, ambalaži, jelovnicima, oglasima i kuharicama. Kod ovakvog načina fotografiranja hrane cilj je postići što atraktivniju fotografiju kako bi zatekli pozornost samog potrošača te prikazali proizvod/ hranu u najboljem svijetlu. Stilovi i trendovi kod fotografiranja hrane su se mijenjali kroz vrijeme s osnovnog prikaza fotografije iz pogleda potrošača na atraktivnije, sređenije kompozicije nižeg kuta snimanja, da bi se danas vratili čišćem jednostavnijem, prirodnijem prikazu same hrane. Ideja je odmaknuti se od same funkcionalne upotrebe fotografije hrane, već napraviti ugođaj, ambijent, dočarati sva svojstva i čari pojedinih tipova hrane te na taj način približiti samo jelo gledaocu.

Abstract (english)

Commercial food photography is type of photography used in advertising, packaging, menus, advertisements and cookbooks .The main goal is to achieve a more attractive photography, to get the attention of the consumer and present the product / food in the best light. Styles and trends in food photography have changed over time with the basic photos view from consumers perspective to more attractive lower angle compositions, and again returned to a cleaner simpler more natural presentation of the food. The basic idea is to step away from the just functional use of food photography, and to make atmosphere, ambiance and present all the properties and the charms of certain types of food, and bring it closer to the viewer.
