Abstract

Kako bi se izradila što kvalitetnija i uspješnija web stranica, potrebno je dobro

poznavati principe korisničkog sučelja (user interface) i korisničkog iskustva (user

experience) te ih prilagoditi posjetitelju stranice. Korisničko iskustvo podrazumijeva

ponašanja, stavove i emocije koje korisnik doživljava tijekom korištenja nekog sustava

ili usluge. Ono uključuje korisnost, učinkovitost i jednostavnost uporabe. Korisničko

sučelje predstavlja prostor u kojemu se odvija komunikacija između sustava i čovjeka,

odnosno posjetitelja web stranice. Budući da korisničko sučelje i iskustvo karakterizira

subjektivni doživljaj pojedinca, potrebno je ispitati uspješnost istih na temelju

odabranog uzorka. U ovom radu istražuje se kvaliteta korisničkog iskustva na tri

kreirane web stranice istog sadržaja, ali različite strukture, funkcionalnosti i navigacije.

Abstract (english)

In order to create a successful and high-quality website, it is necessary to examine the

principles of user interface and user experience design in order to adjust them for

potential website visitors. User experience implies behaviours, attitudes and emotions

that a user experiences while using any kind of system or service. It includes usefulness,

efficiency and easy of use. Since the user interface and use experience is characterized

by a subjective individual experience, it is necessary to examine the success of the

same, based on the selected sample of respondents. This paper explores the quality of

user experience on three created web sites with the same content, but with different

structure, functionality and navigation.
