Abstract

Uvodno se iznose bitne činjenice o fotomontaži i fotografji kao njenoj osnovi.

Vraćajući se na same početke izuma fotografje i fotografskih procesa kronološki

se spominju bitni predstavnici fotomontaže. Opisuju se njihova dijela i utjecaji na

društvo u razdoblju koje predstavljaju. Obrađene su osnove fotografskih procesa

i foto-retuširanja koji su idejna baza alata u programima za digitalnu obradu. Za

razvoj digitalne obrade zaslužan je autor Photoshopa, nakon čega kreće revolucija upotrebe digitalne fotografje u komercijalne svrhe. Kako bi se prikazale nove

mogućnosti digitalnom obradom opisane su osnovne funkcije i primjene alata u

Photoshopu. Utjecaj digitalne fotomontaže opisan je primjerima najranijih umjetničkih fotomontaža, fotomontažama u medijima i kao dio dizajna grafčkih proizvoda. Glavna karakteristika fotomontaža u odnosu na fotografju je ekstremno

naglašavanje emocija i osjećaja. Usporedba fotografje i fotomontaže u svrhu

predstavljanja proizvoda bavi se i eksperimentalni dio rada. Cilj istraživanja je

ustanoviti da li fotomontaža može izgledati stvarno i da li bolje opisuje proizvod

od fotografje. Prema rezultatima istraživanja doneseni su zaključci da je kod

grafčkog dizajna ovisno o situaciji bitno naglašavanje emocija, mogućnosti proizvoda i karakteristike. Rezimirajući zaključke izrađene su fotomontaže proizvoda

koji su se analizirali u anketi.

Abstract (english)

The introduction of important facts about photomontage and photography as

its base is presented. Returning to the very beginnings of the invention of photography and photographic processes, chronologically are mentioned the essential

representatives of photomontage. I describe their part and their impact on society

in the period they represent. The basics of photographic processes and photo retouching are the basic tools of digital processing software, and the author of the

Photoshop is responsible for the development of digital processing, after which

revolves the use of digital photography for commercial purposes. In order to show

new features in digital processing, the basic functions and application of the tools

in Photoshop are described. The impact of digital photomontage is described by

examples of the earliest art photomontage, photomontages in the media as part of

the design of graphic products. The main characteristic of photomontage with respect to photography is the extreme emphasis on emotions and feelings. Comparison of photos and photomontages for the purpose of product presentation is also

an experimental part of the work. The aim of the research is to determine whether

photomontages can look real and whether the product is better described than a

photo. According to the results of the research, conclusions were drawn that in

the graphic design depending on the situation the emphasis on emotions, product

features and characteristics. Summarizing the conclusions, photomontages of the

products were analyzed in the survey.
