Abstract

Reinženjering je reorganizacija poslovnih procesa koja za cilj ima njihovo poboljšanje,

no kad se govori o poboljšanju, misli se na velike promjene koje su rezultat pomne analize

postojećeg stanja i planiranja za budućnost. Diplomski rad obrađuje temu reinženjeringa,

metode koje se kod njegove primjene koriste, rezultata koji se mogu očekivati, te predlaže

kako pratiti trendove poslovanja i ekonomsku situaciju u zemlji.

Uvijek je poželjno predviđati potencijalne teškoće koje se mogu dogoditi, jer ukoliko se

ne održi korak sa potrebnim promjenama, nije realno očekivati svijetlu i profitabilnu

budućnost. U drugom dijelu rada analizirano je postojeće stanje u tvrtki Model Pakiranja

d.d., te će se kao rezultat analize uvoditi promjene na radnom mjestu koje imaju cilj

ubrzati proces rada i ostvariti značajne financijske uštede.

Promjene će se uvoditi u odjelu za razvoj ambalaže, a ciljna područja će biti: ukidanje

korištenja tiskovnih formi za lak, reorganizacija radnog vremena, kreiranje radne tablice

za praćenje naloga i redizajn radnog lista u Adobe Illustratoru. Napravit će se usporedba

sadašnjeg procesa rada i procesa nakon provedbe reinženjeringa, te će se uspoređivati

pozitivni i eventualni negativni učinci. Pozitivne promjene implementirat će se u rad i

poslovanje unutar tvrtke. Na samom kraju diplomskog rada donesen je zaključak

istraživanja i efikasnost promjena uvedenih reinženjeringom.

Abstract (english)

Reengineering is a reorganization of business processes that aims to improve them, but

when it comes to improvement, it is referred to major changes that result from a careful

analysis of the current situation and planning for the future. The thesis deals with the topic

of reengineering, the methods used in its implementation, the results we can expect, and

teaches us how to monitor business trends and the economic situation in the country.

We must always anticipate the potential difficulties that may occur, because unless we

keep up with the changes we need, it is not realistic to expect a bright and profitable

future. In the second part of the paper, the current situation in the company Model

Pakiranja d.d. was analyzed, and as a result of the analysis, changes were introduced in

the workplace that are aimed to speed up the work process and achieve significant

financial savings.

The changes will be introduced in the packaging development department and the target

areas will be: the termination of the use of flexo printing forms for lacquer, reorganization

of working hours, the process of creating a worksheet for monitoring the order stages,

and redesign of a worksheet in Adobe Illustrator. A comparison was made between the

current work process and the post-reengineering process, and the positive and potential

negative effects were compared. Positive changes have been implemented into the work

and business activities within the company. At the very end of the thesis, a conclusion

was drawn on the research and effectiveness of the changes introduced by reengineering.
