Abstract

Unutar tiskovne industrije fleksografski tisak je najdinamičnije rastuće područje. Kvaliteta otiska dobivenih ovom tehnikom tiska konstantno se povećava. Za vrijeme proizvodnog procesa dolazi do promjene u veličini rasterskog elementa koja može rezultirati pomacima u tonu i obojenju. Uvelike na to je utjecala tehnologija izrade fotopolimernih fleksografski klišeja. Stoga je proširen raspon reprodukcije svijetlih tonova. Međutim postoji ograničenje u reprodukciji svijetlih tonova. Jedan od najvažniji parametara kvalitete tiska je definirati prirast RTV-a. Stoga ovo istraživanje usmjereno na prirast RTV-a između tamnih i svijetlih tonova. Prvi cilj rada je definirat prirast RTV-a koji nastaje prilikom procesa tiska između svijetlih i tamnih tonova, te mogućnost reprodukcije svijetlih tonova u fleksografskom tisku. Drugi cilj je istražiti CIELab vrijednosti punog tona. Pomoću denzitometrijskih metoda izmjeriti će se prirast RTV-a na poljima različite gustoće obojenja. Svi uzorci na kojim će se vršiti mjerenja dobiveni su u realnoj proizvodnji. Dobiveni rezultati mjerenja biti će uspoređeni sa vrijednostima propisanih ISO standartom 12647. Na temelju dobivenih rezultata mjerenja dobiti će se graničnu vrijednost prirasta raster tonske vrijednosti kod tamnih i svijetlih tonova.

Abstract (english)

Within the print industry, flexographic print is the fastest growing field. The quality of print produced by this technique is constantly increasing. During the production process, the size of raster element is changed which can result in tone and colour fluctuations, which is greatly influenced by the production technology of photopolimer flexographic printing forms. Thus the reproduction range of lighter tones is broadened. However there is a limit in reproduction of lighter tones. One of the key parameters in insuring print quality is defining the growth of screen value. This research is based on screen value growth between lighter and darker tones. The primary goal of this research is defining the screen value growth which is the result of the print process between lighter and darer tones, and possibility of lighter tone reproduction in flexographic print. The secondary goal is to explore the CIELab values of full tone. Using densitometry methods the screen value growth will be measured in fields of different colour density. All samples which have been used for testing ae obtained in real production. The results of testing will be compared with the values defined by ISO standard no. 12647-6:2006(E). given the results of testing, the limit value of screen value growth tone will be obtained regarding lighter and darker tones.
