Abstract

Fotografija ima sposobnost povezivanja s gledateljima na relativnoj razini
vjerodostojnost, ali ta moć dolazi s etičkom odgovornošću. Kao promatrači, osjećamo
se ugodno prihvaćajući ovaj tok bez ispitivanja autentičnost. Navikli smo vidjeti
poboljšanu ili manipuliranu verziju stvarnosti. Većina gledatelja svjesna je postojanja
manipulacije fotografijama, no to je sada prihvatljiva norma. Također, često postoje
fotografije koje svojim sadržajem postavljaju pitanje etičnosti fotografiranja.
Rad obuhvaća poznate slučajeve fotomanipulacije u medijima, novinarstvu te kroz
povijest, bitne značajke etičkog fotografiranja, moralna pravila te zakon vezane uz
fotografiju. Praktični dio rada prikazuje teoretsku primjenu, tj. primjenu etičkih načela
fotografiranja na izrađenim fotografijama određenih situacija, ljudi, životinja te primjere
fotomanipulacija s etične, ili neetične perspektive.

Abstract (english)

Photography has the ability to connect with viewers on a relative level of credibility, but
that power comes with an ethical responsibility. As observers, we feel comfortable
accepting this flow without questioning its authenticity. We are used to seeing an
enhanced or manipulated version of reality. Most viewers are aware of the existence of
photo manipulation, but it is now an acceptable norm. Also, there are often photos
whose content raises the question of the ethics of photography.
The work includes well-known cases of photo manipulation in the media, journalism
and throughout history, essential features of ethical photography, moral rules and laws
related to photography. The practical part of the work shows the theoretical application,
i.e. the application of the ethical principles of photography on photographs of specific
situations, people, animals, and examples of photo manipulation from an ethical or
unethical perspective.
