Abstract

Sve kompleksnijim stanjem tržišta javlja se potreba grafičkim poduzećima za alatom koji će
im omogućiti bržu i lakšu prilagodbu na nove izazove i situacije. ERP sustavi su takav alat
koji svojim brojnim funkcijama ubrzava i optimira rad jednog poduzeća. Cilj ovog
diplomskog rada je analizirati funkcionalnosti ERP-a i kako pristupiti implementaciji jednog
takvog sustava u grafičkom poduzeću. Poseban naglasak ovog rada će biti na grafičkoj
kalkulaciji i postavljanja procesa izrade grafičkog proizvoda. Taj kompleksan zadatak je
osnova na kojoj se gradi implementacija ERP sustava jednog grafičkog poduzeća.
Implementacija ERP sustava ima značajan utjecaj na svaki segment poslovanja. ERP sustavi
olakšavaju rad i automatiziraju svakodnevne radne zadatke. Ključan element uspješne
implementacije su ljudi jer bez motiviranog i dobro educiranog osoblja cijeli projekt ERP
implementacije neće biti uspješan. Implementacija ERP-a je težak zadatak, ali dobra
organizacija i jasno definirani ciljevi će značajno utjecati na uspjeh ERP implementacije.

Abstract (english)

With the increasingly complex state of the market, printing companies need a tool that will
enable them to adapt to new challenges and situations more quickly and easily. ERP systems
are a tool that accelerates and optimizes the work of a company with its numerous functions.
The goal of this thesis is to analyze the functionality of ERP and how to approach the
implementation of such a system in a printing company. The special emphasis of this work
will be on graphic calculation and setting up the process of creating a graphic product. This
complex task is the basis on which the ERP system implementation of a printing company is
built. The implementation of the ERP system has a significant impact on every business
segment. ERP systems facilitate work and automate daily work tasks. The key element of
successful implementation is people, because without motivated and well-educated staff, the
entire ERP implementation project will not be successful. ERP implementation is a difficult
task, but good organization and clearly defined goals will significantly influence the success
of ERP implementation.
