Abstract

U ovom diplomskom radu se istražuje utjecaj mikrointerakcija na korisničko iskustvo
digitalnih proizvoda. Dobro korisničko iskustvo ne ovisi samo o lijepim ilustracijama, dobro
strukturirane informacijske arhitekture. Ponekad su mali detalji ti koji iskustvo digitalnih
proizvoda mogu učiniti zabavnijim, intuitivnijim i ljudskijim. Mali dodaci omogućuju
proizvodu da bude privlačniji i daju korisnicima element povratne informacije ili
zadovoljstva kada dovrše zadatak. Upravo ti detalji, poznati kao mikrointerakcije, događaji
su koji se temelje na povratnoj informaciji osmišljeni kako bi pomogli korisnicima da dovrše
jedan zadatak, a istovremeno ga čine zanimljivim.
U teorijskom dijelu rada objašnjeno je što su mikrointerakcije, njihova povijest nastanka, i
važnost za korisničko iskustvo. Navedene su najčešće mikrointerakcije koje korisnici
svakodnevno susreću. Objašnjen je tijek procesa nastanka mikrointerakcija kroz četiri
najvažnije komponente, a to su: okidači, pravila, povratne informacije te načini rada i petlje.
Eksperimentalni dio rada temelji se na dizajniranju mikrointerakcija upozorenja i pozitivne i
negativne povratne informacije. Kako bi se ispitao utjecaj mikrointerakcija na korisničko
iskustvo, provedeno je testiranje dizajniranih prototipa.

Abstract (english)

This thesis examines the impact of microinteraction on the user experience of digital
products. A good user experience does not depend only on beautiful illustrations, wellstructured information architecture. Sometimes it's the little details that can make the
experience of digital products more fun, intuitive and human. Small additions allow the
product to be more attractive and give users an element of feedback or task when a task is
completed. These details, known as microinteractions, are feedback-based events designed
to help users complete a task while making it interesting.
In the theoretical part of the work, it is explained what microinteractions are, their history
of creation, and their importance for user experience. The most common microinteractions
that users encounter on a daily basis are listed. The flow of the microinteraction creation
process is explained through the four most important components, namely: triggers, rules,
feedback, and modes of operation and loops.
The experimental part of the work is based on designing microinteraction alerts and
positive and negative feedback. In order to examine the impact of microinteraction on the
user experience, testing of the designed prototypes was carried out.
