Abstract

Tema ovog završnog rada je rad i odrţavaje strojeva za štancanje. Kroz

rad će se opisivati proces štancanja kao i njegov radni tok. Navodit će se vrste

strojeva za štancanje, naĉini njihovog rada te će se pobliţe opisati odreĊeni

dijelovi strojeva. Nakon uvodnog dijela u kojem će se govoriti o odrţavanju

strojeva, spomenit će se povijest štancanja i vaţnosti te djelatnosti. Opisivat će

se strojevi za štancanje, a pobliţe će se objasniti rad plošnog i rotacijskog

štancanja. TakoĊer će se navesti ĉimbenici koji imaju utjecaj na sam rad stroja i

na krajnji proizvod, govorit će se o dijelovima tih strojeva te njihovim ulogama u

stroju. Navest će se alati, opisati njihova izrada te njihova primjena u

strojevima. U praktiĉnom dijelu govorit će se o uporabi štancanja u industriji

ambalaţe od valovitog kartona. Uvod u praktiĉni dio je opisivanje radnog

materijala odnosno valovitog kartona. Nakon toga opisivat će se rad rotacijskog

i plošnog tipa štance na valovitim kartonima, napravit će se njihova usporedba

te navesti njihove prednosti i mane.

Abstract (english)

The theme of this final work is the work and maintenance of stamping

machines. Throughout the work, the process of stamping and its working flow

will be described. Types of punching machines, ways of their work, and details

of certain machine parts will be described. After the introductory part, which will

talk about maintenance of the machines, we will mention the history of stamping

and the importance of this activity. The punching machines will be described

and the work of flat and rotary punches will be explained more closely. It will

also include factors affecting the machine itself and the final product, which will

tell about parts of these machines and their roles in the machine. They will talk

about tools and their application in machines. In the practical part, we will talk

about the use of punctures in the corrugated cardboard industry. The

introduction to the practical part is a description of work material or corrugated

cardboard. After that, rotary and flat bad punches will be described on

corrugated cardboard, their comparison will be made and their advantages and

disadvantages will be described.
