Abstract

Cilj ovog završnog rada je prikazati razloge i važnost primjene terotehnologije u

malom grafičkom poduzeću i time olakšati upravljanje poslovnim sustavom jednog

takvog poduzeća. Osim važnosti korištenja terotehnologije za smanjenje potencijalnih

troškova i povećanja ekonomičnosti poslovanja, u radu je također istaknuta važnost

primjene takvog sustava zbog mogućnosti postizanja veće produktivnosti, a pritom

smanjenja opterećenja radne snage i ostalih resursa poduzeća. Specifičnost ovog rada je

upravo u tome što povezuje terotehnologiju i mala poduzeća, u kojima se u pravilu ona

u cijelosti ne primjenjuje ili se uopće ne primjenjuje.

Nakon pregleda i objašnjenja osnovnih pojmova radi razumijevanja ovakvog oblika

sustava održavanja razrađene su prednosti i koristi primjene terotehnologije u malom

grafičkom poduzeću naspram poduzeća koje je ne koristi. Ovaj koncept poslovanja

prikazan je s naglaskom na činjenicu da u svakom poslovnom sustavu, pa tako i u

grafičkom poduzeću, za dugoročno uspješno poslovanje nisu dovoljne samo tehničke

strukovne vještine, već i vještine upravljanja. Drugim riječima, idealna je kombinacija

menadžerskih i inženjerskih vještina za stvaranje i održavanje kontinuirano uspješnog

poslovnog sustava.

Abstract (english)

The aim of this final paper is to explain the reasons and importance of applying

terotechnology in a small graphic company, thus facilitating the management of a business system. This paper emphasizes not only the importance of using terotechnology to

reduce potential costs and increase business efficiency, but also the possibility of

achieving higher productivity while reducing the burden on the workforce and other

company resources. Linking terotechnology and small businesses makes this paper even

more interesting since small businesses are businesses where terotechnology is generally not fully applied or not applied at all.

After reviewing and explaining the basic concepts necessary for understanding this type

of system maintenance, the advantages and benefits of terotechnology in the small

graphical company will be elaborated in comparison to the company that does not use

it. This business concept is shown with an emphasis on the fact that in every business,

including graphic company, not only technical, but also managerial skills are required to

achieve long-term success and profit. In other words, the combination of business and

engineering skills would be ideal in order to create and maintain a continuously successful business system.
