Abstract

Kroz rad se analiziraju specifičnosti crno-bijele fotografije. U samim početcima fotografi nisu imali izbora nego snimati u crno-bijeloj tehnici, no nakon pronalaska i razvitka kolor fotografije, crno-bijela fotografija nije pala u zaborav te se nastavila razvijati i usavršavati. Kod crno-bijele fotografije emocije su izražene i snažne, a za shvaćanje fotografije potrebno je puno više pozornosti od same vizualne građe te je za fotografiranje u crno-bijeloj tehnici potrebno koristiti različite elemente kompozicije da bi se dobila nezaboravna fotografija te prenijeli osjećaji u sliku. Ključ uspješne crno-bijele fotografije je u učenju gledanja i viđenja scene na monokromatski način. Temeljem navedenih teoretskih razmatranja u praktičkom se dijelu rada predstavljaju autorske crno-bijele fotografije.

Abstract (english)

Through this work I will try to analize the features of black and white photography. In the very begining the photographers did not have any choice but to shoot in black and white technic, but even after the discovery of color film, black and white technic did not become obsolete, but continued to be used and develop. In black and white photography the emotions are strongly expressed, and much more attention is needed to fully understand a specific photograph, as there is also the need to use differend composition methods as to transfer your emotions into the picture. The key to a succsessfull black and white photograh is in observing and seeing the scene in a monochromatic way. Based upon the theoretical elaboration, in the practical part I will include my authorial examples of black and white photography.
