Abstract

Rastertonska vrijednost (%RTV) je izražena u postotcima te se dobiva umnoškom relativne rasterske površine sa 100. Raster je sredstvo rastriranja kojim se postiže višetonska slika, a kao produkt nastaje rasterski element. Može biti AM, FM raster s modulacijom obojenja te hibridni. Za digitalne tehnike tiska karakterističan je raster sa modulacijom obojenja.

Deformacijama rasterskih elemenata, bilo geometrijskih ili optičkih, dolazi do prirasta rastertonskih vrijednosti, odnosno povećanja stvarne pokrivenosti u odnosu na teorijsku pokrivenost.

Digitalne tehnike tiska (laserski i ink-jet tisak) karakterizira virtualna tiskovna forma, brz postupak, personaliziran otisak te korištenje tonera za dobivanje otiska.

Tiskovna podloga je uz bojilo najvažniji materijal u tisku te cjelokupnoj grafičkoj tehnologiji. Ink-jet papiri su prepoznatljivi po svojoj finoj strukturi te su posebno dizajnirani za ink-jet pisače, dok ofsetne papire karakterizira dimenzionalna stabilnost, upojnost, otpornost prema čupanju te nizak stupanj prašenja.

Abstract (english)

Raster tone value (%RTV) is expressed in precentages, and is calculated by multiplying relative raster size with 100. Raster is used to get halftone image, it is a tool for sreening which creates a raster element. There are AM, FM, raster with a modulation of coloring and a hibrid raster. Halftone with a modulation of coloring is commonly used in digital printing.

By deformation of raster element, geometrical or optical, creates dot gain, in fact increased real coverage compared to theoretical coverage.

Digital printing (laser and ink-jet printing) cracterizes virtual printing plate, quick process, personalized print and use of toner.

Printing substrate, along with the dye, is the most important material in printing techology. Ink-jet papers are recognizable by their fine structure and they are designed specially for ink-jet printers while offset papers are dimensionally stable, easy absorbing, resistant to pulling and dusting off.
