Abstract

Cilj ovog rada je pokazati važnost planiranja i razrade pokusa. Tako će biti prikazani i objašnjeni postupci planiranja, elementi samog pokusa, te ukratko predstavljene metode statističke obrade rezultata pokusa. Također, te će metode i postupci biti i primijenjeni na konkretan pokusa mjerenja RTV vrijednosti.

Počet će se s važnošću planiranja postupka, objasnit će se osnovne pretpostavke od kojih se kreće prilikom planiranja pokusa, te će se predstaviti planovi pokusa. Kako je za potrebe praktičnog dijela rada korišten faktorski plan pokusa, on će biti detaljnije objašnjen. Teoretski će biti objašnjeni i pojmovi koji se odnose na praktični dio rada, tako će biti riječi o pojmu rastertonske vrijednosti, deformaciji rasterskih elemenata i prirastu rastertonske vrijednosti. Potom o načinu kontrole prirasta RTV vrijednosti, pa će se objasniti mjereni i signalni stripovi, te predstaviti stripovi korišteni u pokusu. Uz stripove će biti opisani i mjerni instrumenti, odnosno denzitometar.

Postupak planiranja pokusa primijenit će se na konkretan pokus mjerenja RTV na četiri mjesta na istom arku. Promatrat će se promjena prirasta RTV na ta četiri mjesta pod utjecajem različitih tlakova i gustoća obojenja. Postupak izvođenja pokusa postupno će se opisati.

Rezultati pokusa prikazat će se tablično i grafički, što znači da će se nacrtati krivulje prirasta RTV. Krivulje će biti i međusobno uspoređene, kako bi se rezultati lakše interpretirali. Potom će se na dobivene rezultate primijeniti statističke metode obrade rezultata. Ispitat će se interakcije faktora i izračunati efekti, te u konačnici analizirati rezultati.

Abstract (english)

The aim of this work is showing the importance of planning and designing experiment. In this work will be shown and explaned procedures of planning an experiment, elements of experiment, and shortly presented metods of statistical treatman results of experiment. As well, those metods and actions will be applied on experiment of measuring screen value.

It starts with importance of planning an action, it will explain basic assumptions of planning experiment. In practical part of this work, for analyses is used factor's plan of experiment and it will be presented in details. Some terms used in practical part of work, like screen value, deformations of screen elements and dot gain will be also explained. Next, there will be a few words about ways of controling dot gain, there will be described measurable and signal strips, and strips used in experiment. In addition will be explained instruments used in valuation dot gain, like densitometar.

Metod of planning experiment will be applied on experiment of valuating dot gain on four places on same sheet. Alterations of dot gain on those four places under influence of different pressure and density will be observed. Metod of performing experiment will be described gradually. Curves will be compared which will make results easier to interpret. On those reults will be applied statistical metods of analyses. Interactions of factors will be examined and efects will be calculated, and finally results will be analysed.
