Abstract

U ovom diplomskom radu obraĊuje se tema pod nazivom “Informacije na ambalaţi”. Prikupljeni podaci podijeljeni su na ĉetiri glavna dijela. Prvi dio govori o ambalaţi i njezinom povijesnom pregledu gdje je ambalaţa definirana kao pojam te su navedene njezine funkcije i osnovne podjele. U drugom dijelu opisuje se ambalaţa kao sredstvo prijenosa informacija pri ĉemu se istiĉe vaţnost vizualne prezentacije informacija koje se nalaze na ambalaţi proizvoda. Treći dio obuhvaća podjelu informacija prema vrstama i podvrstama. Kao glavne vrste informacija obraĊene su tekstualne informacije, boja ambalaţe, slikovne i posebne informacije. Slikovne informacije su obraĊene u dva dijela – ilustracije i simboli. Posebne informacije govore o Brailleovom pismu, infrared dizajnu i QR kodu. Ĉetvrti dio ovog rada bavi se istraţivaĉkim radom u kojem su metodom ankete prikupljeni podaci koji su kasnije metodama analize i sinteze detaljno obraĊeni.

Cilj istraţivanja je podijeljen na tri aspekta ovisno o utjecaju informacija na ambalaţi na prosjeĉnog potrošaĉa. Cilj prvog aspekta bio je saznati koja je vrsta informacija na ambalaţi najuoĉljivija, koja će informacija najviše motivirati potrošaĉa na kupnju. Druga dva aspekta govore o tome koliko prosjeĉni potrošaĉ uopće prepoznaje informacije i simbole na ambalaţi te koje informacije najviše ulijevaju povjerenje kod potrošaĉa.

Rezultati obraĊenih informacija, podijeljeni s obzirom na boju, tekstualne i slikovne informacije, prokazali su da u jednoj reprezentativnoj skupini koja se sastoji od osoba razliĉitih ţivotnih dobi, zanimanja i spola, većina ispitanika smatra slikovne informacije vaţnije od tekstualnih te da boja nije presudna kod odabira proizvoda. Rezultati s aspekta prepoznavanja informacija na ambalaţi pokazuju da više od 50% ispitanika vrlo slabo ili uopće ne prepoznaje simbole na ambalaţi. Na kraju se dolazi od zakljuĉka da od navedenih informacija tekstualne informacije najviše ulijevaju povjerenje kod potrošaĉa, prvenstveno duga tradicija proizvodnje/prodaje odreĊenog proizvoda te brand.

Abstract (english)

This thesis focuses on the subject titled as "Information on the packaging". The collected data are divided into four main parts. The first part talks about packaging and its historical overview where packaging is defined as a concept with listed its functions and basic divisions. The second part describes the packaging as a means of transmitting information while emphasizing the importance of the visual presentation of information contained on the packaging. The third part includes the classification of information. Text information, color packaging, image and special information are processed as the main types of information. Image information is processed in two parts - the images and symbols. Special information talks about Braille, infrared design and QR code. The fourth part of this paper deals with the research work. Data were collected in a survey and processed with analysis and synthesis methods.

The aim of the research is divided into three aspects depending on the impact of information on the packaging on the average consumer. The aim of the first aspect was to find out what type of information on the packaging is the most obvious and will most motivate consumers to purchase. The other two aspects talk about how much the average consumer even recognize information and symbols on the packaging and about the information that most inspire confidence in consumers.

Results of the processed information show that in a representative group consisting of people of different ages, occupations and genders, most people consider image as more important information than the text and the color is not crucial in the selection of the product. The results in terms of recognition of information on the packaging show that more than 50% of respondents very poorly or not at all recognize symbols on the packaging. At the end comes the conclusion that the text information inspire the most confidence in consumers, primarily long tradition of manufacturing / selling a particular product and brand.
