Abstract

Razvoj telekomunikacija i informacijskih tehnologija je doveo do značajnih promjena u organizaciji društva i razvoju ekonomskih sustava suvremenih država. Izrazito ubrzan tehnološki razvoj je donio niz prednosti u povećavanju efikasnosti gospodarstva, administracije, obrazovanja, razmjene kulturnih, umjetničkih i obrazovnih sadržaja i prijenosa informacija.

Pristupačnost web stranica uzima u obzir sve vrste oštećenja (odnosno zdravstvena stanja koja utječu na pristup web stranicama uključujući vizualna, auditorna, fizička, kognitivna i neurološka oštećenja te oštećenja govora.

Pristupačne web stranice također su od koristi i osobama koje nemaju oštećenja jer olakšavaju korištenje interneta.

Naime, pristupačnost se odnosi na dizajn web stranica i softvera koji osigurava fleksibilnost kako bi bile zadovoljene potrebe različitih korisnika s obzirom na njihove preferencije i različite životne situacije. To znači da se takvim dizajnom izlazi ususret i potrebama korisnika koji npr. koriste spore veze sa internetom, potrebe korisnika s privremenim invaliditetom npr. slomljenom rukom, potrebe osoba kod kojih su nastupile promjene uslijed starosti.

Abstract (english)

The development of telecommunications and information technology has led to significant changes in the organization of society and economic development of modern states. Extremely rapid technological development has brought many advantages in increasing the efficiency of the economy, administration, education, exchange of cultural, artistic and educational programs and information transfer.

Accessibility Web site takes into account all types of damages (ie. medical conditions that affect access to web sites, including visual, auditory, physical, cognitive and neurological damage, and damage to speech.

Affordable web sites are also of benefit to people who do not have damage because it facilitates the use of the Internet.

In fact, accessibility refers to the design of web sites and software that provides the flexibility to meet the needs of different users according to their preferences and different life situations. This means that such a design outputs meet the needs of users who use such a slow connection to the Internet, users needs with temporary disabilities such as a broken hand, the needs of those who have undergone changes due to age.
