Abstract

U završnom radu ispitivana je prijemčivost tiskovnih podloga za modificirane offsetne boje.
Prijenos boje na tiskovnu podlogu ovisi o mnogim parametrima u tisku, kao što su količina
dozirane boje i njena viskoznost, tiskovni pritisak i brzina tiska, upojnost i glatkost tiskovne
podloge. U ovom istraživanju korištena je komercijalna boja, INKredible Eco-perfect dry
Magenta 42EP350, u koju su za ispitivanje dodane nanočestice TiO2 (A), TiO2 (R) i SiO2.

dijelu rada objašnjen je mehanizam sušenja brzosušećih boja. Brzina sušenja bitan je faktor u
procesu tiskanja. Ukoliko boja ne suši dovoljnom brzinom može doći do sljepljivanja otiske te
time i do stvaranja kontraotisaka. U eksperimentalnom dijelu rada provedena su ispitivanja
korištenjem standardiziranih IGT metoda i uređaja te su detaljno opisane korištene metode,
materijali i uređaji. Pomoću dobivenih rezultata odredio se i prijenos tiskarske boje (g/m2)s
tiskovne forme na svaku od korištenih tiskovnih podloga te se na taj način utvrdila
prijemčivost pojedinog papira za svaku od korištenih boja. Na otiscima su ispitivane i
spektrometrijske vrijednosti (L*a*b* vrijednosti) pomoću spektrofotometra Techkon
SpectroDens B703902.
Svi rezultati su prikazani u tablicama te su potkrijepljeni i vizualnim prikazom pomoću
dijagrama te je na temelju rezultata doveden zaključak o provedenom istraživanju. Less

Abstract (english)

The receptivity of printing substrates for modified offset inks was examined in this final
thesis. Ink transfer of the colors on the printing substrates depends on various parameters in
printing, such as the amount of ink applied, its viscosity, printing pressure, printing speed, as
well as the absorbency and smoothness of the printing substrate. In this research ink was
used...... INKredible Eco-perfect dry Magenta 42EP350 to which nanoparticles TiO2 (A),
TiO2 (R) i SiO2 were added... More for testing purposes. The testing was conducted on four different
types of paper which are described in more detail in the following sections of this thesis. In
the theoretical part of the thesis the mechanism of drying of quickset inks is explained. Drying
speed is a crucial factor of the printing process. If the ink does not dry quickly enough, it can
lead to ink adhesion and the creation of reverse impressions. In the experimental part of the
thesis tests were conducted using standardized IGT methods and equipment which are in
detail described in the thesis. The obtained results were used to determine the ink transfer
(g/m2) from the printing form to each of the used printing substrates, thereby establishing the
receptivity of each paper for each of the used ink types. The prints were also examined for
spectrometric values (L*a*b* values) using the Techkon SpectroDens B703902
spectrophotometer. All results are presented in tables and supported by visual representations
