Abstract

Na području prehrambene industrije, točnije u distribuciji, skladištenju i prodaji

prehrambenih proizvoda dolazi do pogrešaka koje uzrokuju kvarenje proizvoda. Na taj

način se stvaraju velike količine otpada i gubi se novac. Pakiranjem prehrambenih

proizvoda u inteligentnu ambalažu ovaj problem bi se mogao djelomično riješiti. U ovom

radu su opisani indikatori svježine i vremensko-temperaturni indikatori koji pomažu

prilikom kontrole kvalitete i svježine prehrambenih proizvoda. Opisani su brojni uspješni

primjeri ovih indikatora. TakoĎer su spomenute i boje od kojih se izraĎuju indikatori

svježine i vremensko-temperaturni indikatori.

Abstract (english)

There are many errors and oversights in the field of food industry, specifically in

distribution, storing and in retail, that cause food products spoilage. In this way a large

amounts of waste are crated and a lot of money is lost. Packing food products in

intelligent packaging could partially solve these problems. In this graduate paper

freshness and time-temperature indicators are described. It is also mentioned how they

help in monitoring the quality and freshness of food products. Many successful examples

of these indicators are also described. The colours of which are these indicators made of

are mentioned too.
