Abstract

Relativno mala tržišta sa velikom konkurencijom, kao što su na ovim prostorima, zahtijevaju brze i efikasne proizvodne pogone u širokom spektru proizvoda. Samo se mali broj uspješnih ofsetnih tiskara uspio specijalizirati za uski krug proizvoda, dok ostale klasične tiskare svoje mjesto na tržištu traže u ostalim tehnikama tiska i proizvodima. Tehnike digitalnog tiska su većinom zastupljene u malim i srednjim proizvodnim sustavima, međutim tiskare uvode ovu tehniku tiska u svoje proizvodne pogone prije svega radi brzine izrade gotovih proizvoda i velikog rasterećenja primarnih proizvodnih pogona. Digitalni tisak iz arka je u potpunosti kompatibilan sa doradnim procesima kao u klasičnom tisku, dok proizvodi iz tiska velikih formata zahtijevaju nešto drugačije doradne procese i postupke, prvenstveno u vidu montaže, ali donose izrazito povećanje spektra proizvoda i usluga na već postojeće baze klijenata, kao i otvaranje novih tržišta. U ovom radu će biti opisano na konkretnom primjeru uvođenje ove dvije tiskarske tehnike u klasičnu ofset tiskaru sa svim tehničkim, ekonomskim i organizacijskim parametrima.

Abstract (english)

Relatively small markets with high competition, such as these, require fast and efficient production facilities in a wide range of products Only a small number of successful offset printers managed to specialize in a narrow product range, while other traditional printing houses are looking for their market place in other printing techniques and products. While digital printing techniques are mainly represented in small and mediumsized production systems, printing houses also tend to introduce this printing technique to their production facilities, primarily due to its fast production of end products and large relocation primary production facilities. Digital sheet printing is fully compatible with traditional postpress, although large format printing requires slightly different postpress procedures, primarily in mounting. However, digital printing also provides a much larger product and service portfolio to existing customers, as well as the introduction to new markets. This paper will describe the introduction of these two printing techniques into a traditional offset printing house by example, including all technical, economic and organizational parameters.
