Abstract

Mobilni telefoni s integriranim fotografskim aparatom učinili su pristupačnost fotografije kao medija bilježenja svakodnevnice dostupnijom i korištenijom nego ikada. Tehnička kvaliteta integriranih fotografskih aparata u mobilne telefone danas omogućava i tehnički visokokvalitetnu snimljenu fotografiju što je idealna mogućnost stvaranja kvalitetnih fotografskih slika gastronomske ponude i okruženja, uz zadržavanje sintaktičkih i semantičkih karakteristika fotografije. More mobilnih telefona, mogućnost korištenja društvenih mreža direktno s lokacije, automatsko povezivanje datoteke s lokacijom te mogućnost prezentacije fotografija stvaraju dodatne mogućnosti interaktivnog promoviranja gastronomije. Fotografsko promoviranje gastronomije temelji se fotografiji hrana koja se razvija od samih početaka fotografije kao medija. Međutim, upravo pojava pametnih mobilnih telefona s ugrađenim fotografskim aparatom visoke kvalitete dovode do novih pristupa i aspekata fotografiji hrane. Kroz diplomski se rad teorijski analizira razvoj fotografije hrane u kontekstu razvoja fotografije te, posebno, u kontekstu razvoja digitalnog fotografskog sustava i integracije fotografskog aparata i pametnog mobilnog uređaja. Abstract (english)

Mobile phones with an integrated camera have made the accessibility of photography as a medium for capturing everyday life more accessible and used than ever before. The technical quality of integrated cameras in mobile phones today enables technically high-quality captured photography, which is an ideal opportunity to create quality photographic images of the gastronomic offer and environment, while maintaining the syntactic and semantic characteristics of photography. More connection of mobile phones, the possibility of using social networks directly from the location, the automatic connection of the file with the location and the possibility of presenting photos create additional possibilities for interactive promotion of gastronomy. The photographic promotion of gastronomy is based on food photography that has evolved from the very beginnings of photography as a medium. However, it is the advent of smartphones with a built-in high-quality camera that is leading to new approaches and aspects of food photography.The diploma thesis theoretically analyzes the development of food photography in the context of the development of photography and, in particular, in the context of the development of a digital photographic system and the integration of a camera and a smart mobile device.
