Printing. Publishing. Book trade Abstract Cilj rada je izrada strategije unapređenja metoda procesa vještačenja krivotvorenih grafika, u
svrhu suzbijanja izrade i raspačavanja. Analizirane su grafike iz šireg područja vrijednosnica.
Većina eksperimenata je provedena na novčanicama, jer su najviše podložne krivotvorenju.
Analize su provedene u širokom spektru valnih duljina, u rasponu od 254 nm do 1000 nm.
Dane su metode i postupci selektivnog skaniranja i unosa u digitalnu bazu podataka. Baza
podataka je kreirana isključivo za potrebe barijernog skaniranja i omogućuje usporedbu
sumnjivih vrijednosnica u cilju utvrđivanja indikativa i stvaranja statistika. Statistički podaci
selektivno razdijeljeni prema parametrima neophodni su za sprečavanje raspačavanja i
otkrivanje izvorišta krivotvorenih grafika u što kraćem roku. Eksperimentalno je dokazana
povezanost proširenja metoda analiza sa kvalitetom samog procesa, čime je potvrđena prva
hipoteza. Barijerno skaniranje je provedeno forenzičkim uređajima Docucenter expert i
stereo mikroskopom. Poveznica sa računalom je softver PIA 6000. Navedeni instrumenti
omogućavaju razdvajanje spektra u specifičnim rasponima, za razliku od komercijalno
dostupnih uređaja za utvrđivanje autentičnosti. Analiza pod UV svjetlom je proširena na tri
dijela spektra, a analiza pod IR svjetlom na trinaest dijelova spektra. Otvoreno je novo
područje vještačenja, bazirano na određivanju autentičnosti višestrukim skaniranjem pod
različitim parametrima i izmjenom izvora svjetla. Iskorišteno je svojstvo što svaka boja,
ovisno o materijalu i sastavu, daje drugačije informacije pod UV i IR svjetlom. Izlaganje
krivotvorenih vrijednosnica infracrvenom i ultraljubičastom svjetlu omogućuje pronalaženje
specifičnih valnih duljina koje razgraničavaju bojila krivotvorina i originala. Dokazana je
druga hipoteza: višestruko skaniranje u nevidljivom dijelu spektra daje informacije o tehnici i
mjestu izrade krivotvorenih grafika. Konkretnim je primjerima pojašnjena važnost provjere
izvan područja vidljiva ljudskom oku. Hipoteze su potvrđene kvantitativnom i kvalitativnom
analizom baziranom na svojstvenom razdvajanju spektra u specifičnim rasponima.
Istraživanje je prošireno analizom povijesnih vrijednosnica. Utvrđene su manjkavosti
zaštitnih elemenata, te su sukladno trećoj hipotezi dani prijedlozi korekcija u budućim
izdanjima. Prijedlozi su bazirani na eksperimentalnom radu, dosadašnjem iskustvu i
patentima koji su dostupni za zaštitu novčanica, ali još nisu upotrebljeni u tu svrhu.
Abstract (english) The object of this work is development of a strategy to improve methods of expertise process
counterfeited graphics, in order to combat production and dissemination. Graphics from a
wider field of securities are analyzed. Most of the experiments carried out the banknotes,
because they are mostly the subject of counterfeiting. Analyses were conducted in a wide
spectrum of wave lengths, ranging from 254 nm to 1000 nm. The methods and procedures for
multiple scanning and input into a digital database are presented. The database has been
created just for purposes of barrier scanning and allows comparison of suspicious securities in
order to determine the indicative and to create statistics. Statistical data selectively distributed
according to the parameters are necessary to prevent dissemination and detect the source of
counterfeit prints as soon as possible. It was experimentally shown that expansion method of
analysis of the quality of the process, thus confirming the first hypothesis. Barrier scanning
was conducted by forensic devices docucenter expert and stereo microscope. The link with
the computer is software PIA 6000. These instruments enable separation of the spectrum in
specific ranges, unlike the commercially available devices for determining authenticity.
Analysis of the UV light has been expanded to three parts of the spectrum, and analysis of the
IR light on thirteen components of the spectrum. That open a new area of expertise, based on
determining the authenticity of multiple scanning under various parameters and changing
light. Used the property that each color, depending on material and composition, given
different information by UV and IR light. Conference counterfeit securities to infrared and
ultraviolet light enables to find specific wavelengths which deferred dyes fake and original.
The second hypothesis is proved: multiple scanning in the invisible part of the spectrum gives
information about the technique and place of counterfeit making. Concrete examples clarified
the importance of checking out the area visible to the human eye. Hypotheses were confirmed
by quantitative and qualitative analysis based on separation of the spectrum in specific ranges.
The study was expanded with analysis of historical securities. I found the deficiencies of
protective elements and in accordance with a third hypothesis give the proposals of
corrections in future editions. The proposals are based on experimental work, the experiences
and patents that are available for the protection of banknotes, but not yet used for this
purpose.
